SER 4 not starting

I have Ser4-47-185500EJ0W64PRO-b mini computer. It was purchased Sept. 19, 2022.
It was running fine. I turned it off and it will not come back on. The fan comes on and keeps running but nothing else happens. Any suggestions?

On the monitor, what do see? Do you just see a cursor? or no output at all?

Try pulling the DC power cord from the back of the computer, waiting about 30 seconds, plug it back in and hit the big red button ....
