SER5 Pro 5600H download wifi speed is horrendous   single digit mbps ...   i should be near 100 mbps ...  another laptop is getting at least 50 mbps

Same here. SER% 5600U. Extremely slow wifi and wired ethernet speeds. Make the computer unuseable.

I'm having similar issues with a Logitech wireless keyboard mouse combo.  The mouse works just fine - the keyboard though super lag!

I noticed today that it's going to sleep even though I have sleep disabled.

Is there a BIOS update for this - I can't seem to find a specific page for updates for the SER5 class units.

use a USB extender (6" is fine) for your kb/mouse dongle. USB 3 causes interferences.
