My PC was working well on windows 10 but now it is stuck in EFI Shell. How do I get my PC to boot again?

I have ran into this, try loading the bios and resetting to default. It seems that the default boot device has changed.

anyone find a way to fix this? I'd like to load linux or something on this pc
