I've just bought a SER6 6600H and I can't find a way to check motherboard temps. AMD Software Adrenalin Edition shows GPU temps only. CPU temps are always 0.0.

HWInfo64 shows GPU and CPU Temps but not Motherboard temps. BIOS doesn't show anything. Any ideas? Have anyone been able to check temps?

Hello there,
It can't be seen in the bios.
You can try to download a CUP-Z to check whether the temperature can be seen

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I can see the GPU and CPU temps from HWinfo64 and other third party software, but not the motherboard temps. CPU-Z doesn't show the temp either.

Also, AMD Software Adrenalin Edition doesn't shop CPU metrics. It only shows Utilization, not clock speed, not voltage, not temps.. Whereas other software does show such info.

Any ideas?

This is one of two probabilities. You either installed the wrong chipset drivers or have sensors turned off in the BIOS. There are two installers for AMD drivers. Adrenalin Edition installs your Video Driver. The chipset installer is a separate installer that will install AMD Chipsets - in this case you need to Mobile Chipset Installer. The chipset installer can be found here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/c ... hlon-mobile-chipset

Note: AMD does not offer FP6 Mobile drivers (yet) so you have to use the FP5 package.

Hi,

I've installed the Chipset installer from the link you've provided, however it still doesn't work. Can't see motherboard temps anywhere.. can you see them in yours?

Btw, how do I check if sensors are turned off in the BIOS, I can't seem to find any option related to it.

I haven't tried with that one. But I've tried HWInfo64 and Core Temp. Both wouldn't show any Motherboard temps.

Before I download and install HWmonitor, can you confirm you can see Motherboard temps? Thanks

Hello,
Could you send us a picture of your bios version and SN code?

I've just found an update for the BIOS at Beelink's support page, however it seems to only be related to the fan noise. I've installed it (v1.11) and it has indeed made the fan noise much better. However it hasn't fixed the issue of not being able to see Motherboard temps.

Where can I find the SN code?

Edit-1: I've attached a picture of the SN underneath the device.
Edit-2: I've cheked the BIOS version, it still shows 1.09. What shows 1.11 is the EC FW Version. Picture attached.
