Hello everyone!

I have been using T4 Pro for a couple of months and they have been performing well.

However, we are having trouble fixing an issue.

Scenery:
- A kiosk that runs 24h
- When A/C is detected, PowerOn is defined in the BIOS
- Fast boot disabled

The problem:

- If a monitor starts first from A/C and Beelink follows, everything works as it should.
- 9 out of 10 times, the monitor video does not start if Beelink starts first. Our tests have been conducted with a variety of monitors (all HDMI).

Someone could help me?

Hello there,
Could you send a video about that?
Could you pls send  a picture of SN at the bottom of the machine and your purchase record?
1.Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.
2.There might be something wrong with the hard ware components. Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.
Also please clean the gold finger with a rubber. Here is the tutorial  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEd_7nmWVOk
If it still doesn’t work, please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS, please check you can see SSD there.
