Beelink should upload this to their website so people don't have to constantly ask you for it!

Hello.
We don't  share it in website is because someone may use it inproperly, that will hurt the machine and  become a brick.
There are many bios versions.

I emailed a few days ago, never got a response. My fan is constantly on and noisy.
Also, my bluetooth and wifi both sometimes do not work, Windows device manager says...
  1. This device cannot start. (Code 10)
  2. {Operation Failed}
  3. The requested operation was unsuccessful.
Copy the Code

fyi, I had a reply from Support with a new BIOS... but I think it's the same one I had before!  I guess the fan noise is unavoidable right now (especially when using 45W). At least it's nowhere near as bad as my old tower PC fan noise...

Yeah they need to be transparent with these issues.
Great systems but support isn't great.
I don't accept the lame response they gave you.

This is a horrible policy!!!!! It's my hardware, I bought it I OWN it.  Guess I'll just have to see if I can return or sell this piece of junk.

As I mentioned, I think the truth is, due to the system size and need to cool the components, I suspect the noise from the fans is something we just need to live with. I wear headphones, so it's not really an issue and I'm used to this kind of sound anyway, having run systems for many years.

I don't know though, as we've had no real input from Beelink here.

I agree with you - "horrible policy" ...

There's no "cooling" going on.  The CPU is reporting 22C (which shouldn't need any cooling) and the load average is 0.  Mine is running nothing but an OS and the fan runs constantly.  It's not a "live with it" kind of thing, Bee-Link needs to fix this.  There are no reasons for a fan to run like this.

I tried to post the link to the bios they sent to me via email. But I think that the moderator deletes my post or dont even let they appear for the first time. But I tried and I can say that it does not solve the problem.

The only change I found in the BIOS is that they set TjMax to 92. And it doesn't solve anything.
