my mini pc is dead?

Hi,

I bought from amazon your beelink mini S series mini pc, minisv1-a-w64pro-b and after I used it 3 times. Now the mini pc wont open. No power, I push the red button, nothing happens.

So I would like to return it to amazon or maybe you have solution? but I have the windows 11 on it configurated with my account and my stuff on it, I cant erased my things, the pc wont start.

Can you help me?

I'm having the same issue, what i did is unplug power and reconnect it.

Have you tried to change another power supply or adapter?

Having the same Problem with SER 5 Ryzen 5 5560U I had a look at the Websites of AMD ... and there is the solution:
Under "Drivers and Software" you can find a "Autodetect and Install" tool.
load down this tool to your Beelink PC run the tool and it will show you which drivers are not installed
load down and install the correct drivers for your AMD CPU
... and everything is working fine!

You should return it to Amazon. If it is already having issues it's not going to fix itself.
