Dear, firstly i wish you all a happy new year and i wish for you all the best !

I would like to ask you help, my Tv BOX GT1 Ultimate S/N: LPN1GBME10649 / 32G
is briked, when it start, the picture on the tv is turning on green and i can do nothing .

I tried with antoher tv and hdmi cable but it's the same thing,

I would like to know if you can send me link with correct tool and firmware to try to unbrick it,

Dear Support, i tried many times to make it but i can not flash the bootloader ,
When i only choose "erase flash" it's working until 100% but the box is bricked on "please wait with the green or blue circle", and when i choose "erase bootloader" too, the box is disconnected and it stop the process at 4% , Can you help me please? thank you very much
