Hello, I have been waiting for the refund for the package for more than a month, which I have never received.
Despite more than 10 exchanges by email with support, I no longer have an answer from them. However, I did the necessary with the delivery person (La poste Colissimo France) but it's up to you to contact them to get a refund for the package. I can't unlock anything as a client.
I am very unhappy with the situation!
