They ship them default at 25w - I also have 2. I tried them both at 15W and believed as you do tha ...

You'll get no argument from me on that.  These are nice computers and if I could totally eliminate the hang on reboot problem I'd be 5 stars happy with them.

The thing is only one of them does it...

The BIOS in them is a mess... settings that don't do anything, settings I can't change, no explanations of anything and the whole thing is in essentially random order. Surely they could do better...

Hopefully they'll come out with a flash update for the BIOS that clears this up.

Suffice it to say it's probably not a driver issue.

What brand of NVME drive is in your machine...

Try this .... hit Win+R then enter tpm.msc  ... in the TPM applet Clear the TPM and see what happens.

It won't stop you from using the computer or cause any problems, it just starts the security over from your current state.

Actually, clearing TPM will cause all sorts of problems almost immediately. Anything with a Microsoft login will need to be re-validated and Windows won't let you login to the computer until you Validate your Email address, Your Back-up email address and do 2-factor authorization. If you have a way to get access to your email accounts then life is cool. If you don't have access to email accounts from another handy device - you ain't getting back in until you re-validate.

I post the link the several days ago in the forum thread - "5560U - Never be stopped or restarted without unplugging the power"   You can get it there.  To post it again means my reply goes to moderation again for a few days.
