How do I prevent/stop U59 from sleeping after no activity?  In windows settings, I have "Sleep is set to Never" selected.  When plugged in, put my device to sleep after "Never" is set.  Still the U59 goes to sleep after no activity.  I want it to stay on always.

Search for "Control Panel". Select "System Security", then "Power Options". Click on "Change Power Settings", then "Change Advanced Power Settings". Select "Sleep", then "Hibernate After".

Choose the number of minutes you want until it sleeps, actually "hibernates". Choose "0" (zero) for never. Then "Apply".

I've tried it and that is the solution. It drove me nuts too!

I have the same problem. Have you found a solution?
I know the Powertoys Awake tool does not work either.

You're very smart, turning off sleep mode can be set in the control

That does not correct the problem.

Have you turned off sleep? If it still fails, I can provide you with the bios. You can try to refresh the bios. Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC,and a picture of the bios version , press the delete button on the boot page to enter the bios, and on the main page of the bios, you can see the version of the bios
Looking forward to your reply, wish you have a nice day

Thank you so much for this. Of course, I'd applied the never sleep from System settings, but after a W11Pro re-install, my SEi12, which I use for Plex Media Server, still kept going to sleep. I was searching the web for a deeper control option when this post showed up. It's bee 24 hrs and the PMS has been available consistently.
