May have a semi fix...uninstalled AMD Adrenalin software and used AMD clean up utility....reinstalled AMD Adrenalin but chose to activate driver only as I don't need the program....been working 99%; just a black screen for 2 seconds sometimes but stops and back to previous screen..No reboot needed; automatic

This worked for awhile but it's doing it again...No rhyme or reason; Very Irritating

I eventually sent my GTR4 back to them (at my own expense via UPS with tracking) after getting tired of dealing with this issue. They sent a new replacement under warranty, but be prepared to be without a computer for about a month. If you plan to claim warranty replacement, make sure you contact Customer Service for approval first. Good luck.

Hi

Yeah, I am experiencing transient issues with a new monitor I bought and have connected.
It is a BenQ MOBIUZ EX270QM, so a decent device.
I have had minor issues, transient, with a momentary black screen.
This happened twice yesterday and once this morning.
I am investigating at the moment, I will try drivers and also I have a new lead to use.
Here's hoping!

update: sorted the issues, I believe it was the lead - so no more black screen moments, as I type
