BT7 does not start

Hello, is Beelink alive? or it's time to turn to another manufacturer?

I have purchased recently 15 BT3 and 6 BT7. Several units returned to Amazon.
The last BT7 worked for a while and now it's stuck between the initial logo screen and a black screen. I can only go to the BIOS setting screen.

How can I restore the system to it's initial state?

I got the same issue, I used Microsoft media Creator tool and created a bootable USB and reinstall Window 10 PRO, however my wireless, Bluetooth and sound are not working. I installed the drivers provided by Beelink, still not working. I have to do a wire connection to uuse the box.
A big peace of scrap.
