Well, I'm using the RZ608 for 5 months now, I just checked my router and it says I'm connected on AX mode 80MHZ with a 1200/1200 link speed, so in theory, faster than gigabit.

I'm in linux though.

This is what I replaced my RZ608 with... it works fine!
The Intel AX210NGW got released in 2022 (some are talking about AX200... released in 2019).

AMD/Mediatek RZ608 Drivers;

WiFi-6E 3.3.0.662

Interesting, yours are the ASROCK driver version, there's also ASUS version etc.

If you search for my number 22 . 30 . 2 . 542 on MS catalog (without the spaces, this forum thinks it is an IP address...) you will see the driver I am using are the MediaTek ones, same PCI/VEN and DIV IDs.

You are right!  It's pretty much the same driver for the same device. I took this driver as it is dated September 2022 (looked like it was the last available version at the time)... using Mediatek, AMD, Asus or whomever drivers for the RZ608 has not changed the WiFi 6E card acting like a cheap AC or N.

I am no longer using the WiFi card... I connect to my router using ethernet cable connected to an extender.

I just did a speed test, my ISP gives me 400/50 speed for DL/UL.

With ethernet cable to my Asus RT-AX86U, I get 445MB in DL and 56MB in UL.
With WiFi (I re-checked on my router and it says I'm connected in AX mode 80MHz speed 1200/1200), I get 406 in DL and 51 in UL

So basically, the same speed with cable or wifi.
