where can i find the recovery files for SER 5560U and is there an exisiting tutorial how the basic instalation works?

Hello:

I just purchased a SER5 5560U and it had a Win11 setup that wasn't activated.

I assume I can reinstall with this OEM version with the digital signature.

Does this link ^ (dated 2022-06-17) provide the latest version of the recovery ZIP for Win 11 Pro x64 or is there a newer one (as of today)?

Hello:

I just purchased a SER5 5560U and it had a Win11 setup that wasn't activated.

You probably don't need a new OS Install. You just need to activate Windows by logging into windows under Settings (top of screen). That should activate your license.
