I'm not sure what model is mine... looking at the forum I found 3 firmwares and I don't know which to use. And I can update using a SD Card instead USB-USB cable right?

My GT is in android 6 and last update was in 2016...

I download the firmware and unziped it. I have a :
- recovery.img
-factory_update_param.aml
-q201-ota-20180719.zip

I installed and ran the USB_Burning_tool and tried to follow the tutorial, but all img. files I try to Import I get "Parse Burning iamge fail"

Can you help me?

I have the same system, so tried the SD card update.

Followed the instructions and selected update, the bot reboots to the install screen but after a few seconds an android image appears with a red box and an error.

Thankfully the box reboots after fine, but no update of course.

Help please.

Hi! I had the same issues when tried to load recovery.img in tool. I have a trouble with my tv box Beelink GT1 - it stops loading on logo. I didn't update or install something. This just has happened some days ago. Tried to search some firmware to recover somehow. Hoped this one will help. but it didn't :(

Maybe someone could help, please? I can load only in recovery.
I can see Amlogic/q201_9377/q201_9377 under Android Recovery.
