SER3 3750H No USB-C video

I have over 60 of these boxes in the field and the newer ones that I just got in won't recognize video in the USB C port. I have done a side by side stare and compare and all the drivers have the same date and version on both one that works and one that doesn't. The only thing I can see different is the BIOS version. Anyone come across this issue? Do I need to do a BIOS downgrade and if so, where can I get a BIOS file. Looked all over today and failed.

It's the BIOS. Dumb me never tried booting both with just the USB-C plugged in. The newer BIOS doesn't even show the Beelink splash screen. So now I need to install - ALASKA - 1072009 - SER106 - American Megatrends - 5000E - Anyone know where to get it?

Could you send pictures of this two machines which you tested?
And could you pls aslo send pictures of bios version of this two machines?
And pls let me know which version can work or not.
