SE4 U4700U - TECHNICAL GURU

What is the deal with wireless mouse being laggy? Working from right (mouse) to left (SE4) is problematic. VISA-VERSA and it works fine. Same setup on other computers and NO ISSUE.

Am on the verge of returning due to concerns. BEELINE needs to fix, otherwise future customers will be lost due to my recommends.

Best regards,

I had a similar problem. I used a USB extension cord (30 cm) and the problem completely disappeared

Hmmm I use a wireless mouse and keyboard on my 4700 without issue... they are 2.4ghz (use a dongle) because I am no fan of bluetooth.  Is your mouse bluetooth?  FYI I am using my 4700 mounted to the back of the kitchen TV, and I am sitting about 6ft away.  I have a small USB hub on top of the TV with the dongles plugged in so they do have 'line of site' to the keyboard and mouse.  (using the PC for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube... works great for this).  I suspect Bluetooth is the issue here.

Left to right refers to the location of mouse in relation to my keyboard. Mouse needs to be 8 inches from receiver, otherwise it is laggy. Works fine on any other computer.
