I have a T4 that will randomly shutdown. Running Ubuntu 20.04. When it shuts down, I need to unplug it and plug back in before I can turn it on again.

Thought it was a fan issue, so I cleaned the fan and area around it. But when monitoring the temps, they don't get above 50C.

Replace the fan maybe? If so, where can I get the mini "Broad" fan that it is using?

Thanks

Hello,
Pls try to reset the CMOS and your system.
There is a small hole for CLR CMOS on the front of the machine, please insert a pin for 15 seconds after unplugging the power and HDMI cable, then turn it on to check whether it can be used normally.
