Just received my new Beelink computer yesterday.  It is supposed to have wifi 6E, yet it is connected to my NetGear Orbi Quad Band Router at 5Ghz.  Why?  The serial number of my computer is:  D55602AG80257.

Hello,
Go to device manager , click the property of the Intel wifi driver, ---advanced--choose prope ...

I have the same problem and have not been able to rectify it with the device manager settings.  Please help with exact details on getting this to use wifi6e.

I have the Beelink SER5 Mini PC, AMD Ryzen 5 5560U(6C/12T, up to 4.0GHz), Mini Computer with 16GB DDR4/500GB NVMe SSD, Wins 11 Pro Mini Gaming Computer Support Dual HDMI 2.0 4K@60Hz Display/WiFi 6E/Bluetooth 5.2.

My wifi6E is Google Mesh Pro and it is only recognizing it as wireless 5.0 GHz.  The Google Mesh Pro does recognize my other wifi6e device so the problem is with this mini.

802.11ax is for wifi 6, not 802.11ac.  I have spent 3 hours this morning trying everything possible and cannot get it to connect in wifi 6 to my brand new $600 Orbi router.  Max download speed is 501Gbs and sitting right next to my Beelink is an iPad Pro connected to 6E wifi and getting 1300Gbs.  DEAR SUPPORT:  TELL ME HOW IT CAN BE FIXED OR THE COMPUTER WILL BE RETURNED.

I just bought the 5560U and it does not support WiFi 6E. My device manager lists the WiFi/BT hardware as an Intel AX200 which is a dual-band WiFi 6 adapter. Other postings in this forum state that the AX200 can be replaced with an AX210 which supports WiFi 6E tri-band.

There are many posts addressing the WiFi 6E, or lack thereof issue. I have 3 SER5 5560U minis, and none can connect to the 6 GHz band. The problem is that the computers have the Intel AX200 (or equivalent) WiFi/BT adapter. If you look this up, it only supports WiFi 6 dual-band. You can look in the Windows Device Manager/Network adapters to see what hardware you have. Then search the internet for the model listed. You will probably see it is WiFi 6 (not 6E). Many say that you can upgrade to the Intel AX210 (around $20 on Amazon) which is WiFi 6E tri-band. I have not upgraded because all my computers are hard-wired Ethernet.
