Hello! seems that the latest windows updates deploy a drive that breaks the functionality of the chipset in the T4.

where I can find the drivers? any download link?

T4PROV1-A-464KICW64PRO is the detail of the model.

I have reinstalled the OS using the image and instructions provided correctly but the audio still not working.

the issue is the jack plug that is not working anymore, I have tried the sound system with another device and works properly.

I think this is clearly an hardware issue, what can I do? the device has less than 3 month of life :/

Hi i have the same issue, after updating audio Jack doesn't work. I installed the image you provided, no change. Is there a manual to install the audio driver only? The driver is intel audio? Or Realtek?

Could you send a picture of SN at the bottom of the machine?
Please right click window--click “”setting“---Sound----more sound setting --click "playback"--right click speaker---properties--controller information ---properties---update the driver. You also need to check if the speakers is disabled or not in the playback setting.
