Hello,
Pls try this:
1. Search for Advanced Startup Options in the search options in the Windows taskbar. Then, select Change advanced startup options, click the power button, hold down the Shift key on your keyboard, and click the restart button.
2. After clicking Change Advanced Startup Options, you just need to click Restart Now under Advanced Startup.
3.Click Troubleshoot.
4. You can see above the Troubleshoot option with two options – Reset PC and Advanced Option. So, after clicking Troubleshoot, you will have the same two options. Click Advanced Options.
5. The advanced options look exactly like the screenshot shown below. Select UEFI firmware settings.
6. After clicking on the UEFI firmware settings, it will reboot the system again. So, click Restart on the next screen. |
