U59 Crashes and reboots into BIOS

I have a U59 that was just purchased July/August 2022.  It keeps randomly shutting off in the middle or working or just sitting idle and boots into the BIOS screen.


Have tried restoring BIOS defaults, and just keeps happening. Sometimes I just can't even get windows to load. It just goes into a loop and back to the BIOS screen.


Is there a BIOS update available? Why does this keep happening?

We now have TWO computers out of a batch of THREE, that were purchased at the same time, doing this. One started last week, and the other one just started doing it today.

BOTH computers will only boot into the BIOS screen. If you save and exit, or restore defaults, they will no boot into windows. They both go straight back to the BIOS screen. Both of the computers were only in service for about a month and half and now they are both completely unusable.

HOW DO WE FIX THIS?

Commenter above said to email support. I sent them the first email on 11/7, no response. Sent them a second email on 11/8, no response. I just emailed again. Is that box even monitored?

You're not alone.  We are having the same issues, too.  With a computer used for telehealth.  Random reboots during appointments.  It's extremely frustrating.  I've emailed support to no reply, and created a post here that's still in moderation.

WE NEED A FIX!

I bought U59 Pro  last September and I have the same problem from this November.
I tried to install Windows10 in vain.
How can I fix this?
