I'm not sure what's you meant, but will try the frame rate options to see if any differences.
it played 1080 fine.

the GT1 should be able to change it's frame rate to match the fps of each video [or close to it]. If you play a 23,97 fps video [like most movies are] in 60Hz there is no way for a normal tv to remove judder. It won't be apparent on a smaller size Tv but will make for a very choppy/jerky video on larger screens. the GT1 should automatically switch to 24Hz for 23,97 &24fps video, 30Hz for 30fps video, 60Hz for 60fps video.  You can test this by manually switching the resolution to 24Hz an see the difference it makes in a movie. Also most SmartTv should automatically switch to some RealCinema mode and make the video very cinematic.

Yeah I've tested it and the auto switching doesn't work seems to be a problem with android 6.0 and the s912 according to numerous forms

On Gt1 s912 also, iviewhd app not work well. Droping frames on channels. I am sure, that the hardware aceeleration not working with this app.

superceleron just replied and said that automatic framerate switching doesn't work on any of the amlogic boxes running android 6. you can however switch manually to fraction frame rates [24.97  29.97 etc] with his custom fw.
