u59 stuck after logo

hello i have stuck after logo promblem ,i m trying change memory, trying change ssd ,reinstall windows ,after install video driver pc stuck after beelink logo(black screen) if i trying install linux i can only in safe mode but if i trying standart installer i have black screen after logo ,without driver pc is lagging im trying standart video driver or search from internet or download from your driver pack and always black screen,and of course i m clearing cmos

Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of purchase record ?
Please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS, please check you can see SSD there, After we confirm the SSD is defective, we can send you an SSD replacement.
