HBO Max freeze and pixelize video

Hello,

My 1st post here but I'm following this forum from time I bought my GT King Pro.
And I have one question, about HBO Max, I can install it without problem, but when I start some movie which start playing normal for like 10 seconds then video freeze, become black or green random color, sound in background is working fine for some 30-40 seconds then dissapear and subtitles working fine. If I stop movie, everything else is going back to normal. Then I again play movie and same, after 10 seconds video freeze etc..
This happen even on my old firmware and newest one.

Anyone have same problem or some solution?

1.Update HBO Max
2.Test your connection speed
3.Reduce activity on your network
4.Restart your devices
5.Try another device
6.Try a wired connection
