PC will not enter BOOT menu

I have a beelink model SER and I want to install Linux

I've tried pressing DEL, ESC and f7 (not at the same time!) during bootup, and Windows continues to come up at boot, ignoring the commands
Any suggestions how I can get into the setup/boot menu???

Power off the power back on the machine or simply restart/reboot but as soon you you get the "black screen" start pressing <F7> (Boot Menu) or <DEL> (BIOS) "repeatedly" right away until you get where you wanna be e.g. Boot Menu or BIOS. You may also enter the BIOS and reset default settings (this will include default booting device if ithas changed etc..).
