Google Play Service stopped - then stuck on boot

Hi everyone,
I have this issue:

Every time I'm able to reach the home menu, It displays "Google Play Service Stopped", then press ok and it keeps restarting all alone. Then suddenly It keeps stuck on boot logo.

I've tried updating the latest firmware through OTA - the same. I've tried restoring through boot menu and it says that it can't find e:/Misc (???), then at the choose region screen again Google Play Service etc and rebooting and stuck again on logo (now with some green flickers).

Anyone have suggests on what can I do (or if it's a faulty device).
