Hi, after major Win 11 pro update audio stop working and it seems because of usb 3.0 root hub error


Now I have Uknown USB device (Code 43) in Device manager \VID_0000&PID_0002\5&8002c9a&0&7

Last working device code USB\ROOT_HUB30\4&3ce02d8&0&0
GUID : {36fc9e60-c465-11cf-8056-444553540000}


Other devices are working

Code 43 indicates that the device manager has stopped USB operations due to a device malfunction. I would use Device Manager and update/reinstall particular driver.

Hi, have you fixed this issue? I'm in the same boat now. My problem I don't know this hub manufacturer so I could update the driver. Trying several tips to windows detect it on startup, but with no success.

This driver was several times crashed after Windows 11 updates, then I deleted it and auto installed, helped. Last 2 weeks Windows was updated and reinstall do not helps now. Looking for solution, trying to update USB hub, but without success.
