I have two 5560U machines and they are defective out of the box. When you get it and set it up the first time removing or adding a USB device will BSOD the pc and it will reboot. The CMOS batteries are dead on arrival. You can't turn off Wake on Lan so the machine is always on that's why it needs to be periodically unplugged. The HDMI ports will not allow Bitstreaming so you can not get Dolby or DTS (Surround sound and Spatial Audio). They were being advertised as Media Centers on Amazon and I have never seen a PC that would not allow digital over HDMI. Even my old 2013 laptop can do Dolby codecs - not the Beelink. Not going to happen. By now Beelink is aware they are selling defective computers but they continue to do it.
Use good cables not cheap ones, for example CableCreation or Anker those work 100%. I had the same problems using cheap cables, but not anymore since I use CableCreation cables.
