SER4 4800U WiFi issues

Hello guys,

The mini PC is fantastic I am just facing random Wireless disconnections which are very annoying.

It stops serving internet without any notice and it shows as being connected and internet enabled.

All other devices in the network work fine, I have made sure it is not a router issue.


I have Windows 11 and the recommended drivers. 2 Weeks since I got this mini PC.

Any suggesstion would be very highly appreciated.

Hello there,

1. Please make sure that the distance between the PC and the router is less than 6 meters.
2. Please update the driver.
3. Please reseat the wifi net card.
