I purchased my mother a U59 back in May which has been great up until Tuesday, when the device restarted to complete a Windows update and booted direct to BIOS. Power cycling results in the same, quickly flashes a "no media detected" message and then into BIOS. BIOS settings were never changed, but reset to defaults just in case, same issue.

Same problem, any solution?
Tried new HDD/SDD/NVME, nothing works. I think the BIOS version is not working properly.

Tried with SSD/HDD both NVME and not. Booted once on the HDD, second boot the drive wasn't recognized, same problem as in the stock drive. Nothing seems to help. I have a feeling the bios was updated to a buggy version. Any help from the bee-link team?

Same issue on U59.

The system was working well and from yesterday it won't boot. Freezed on BIOS screen.
By removing the SSD, I could access the BIOS, attaching the SSD again the system backs to freeze on BIOS screen.
Booting with Linux USB drive it worked (SSD disattached).
Then I put back SDD, tried to reset CMOS pressing the little button and now the screen is black and nothing happens.

Any idea?

Thanks!
