Just purchased a SER4 with AMD 4700U and unable to ENABLE secure boot in the bios.
The following message "Secure Boot can be enabled when system in user mode. Repeat operation after enrolling platform key (PK)"

How do I get a valid platform key (PK) for this computer? Did a factory restore to default keys and factory keys were loaded. The factory defaults keys are AMI test keys and from what I have read should not be used in production and are only for inhouse testing.

Hello there,

Please  covert the disk to GPT and go into bios and enable secure boot.

Thank you - Support-03.
Disk is already GPT. The problem appears to be the OEM(Beelink) did not provide in the "factory restored to default keys" a OEM secure platform key (PK). The only platform key (PK) in the system are AMI test key. From what I have read AMI test platform key (PK) should not be used.
