SER3 3200U bios unstable

I recently purchased a SER3 with a Ryzen 3 3200U CPU and I'm experiencing various stability issues.

The most common are screen freezing, sluggish system and crashes when typing.

After a BIOS reset, I noticed that the system is working more fluidly, which makes me believe that it is a problem with the BIOS.

I would like a newer BIOS so I can install it and check if Ishould return the computer or not.

S/N: D32002HG90214

I've tried Windows 10 and 11 and the problem persists. I've seen some reports that Ryzen CPU's must have a newer AGESA to be able to useFTPM, I believe it could be something like that too.

I've had to reset the BIOS 3 times since I got the computer, it's clearly a BIOS issue as the system is always fluid after the reset.

I did the test with dual-channel memories and the problem also appears, even with the replacement of the SSD the problem is present, I need a quick solution.

I checked the downloads page and there is no file for this system, where is the support? Could someone give me some help?

More than 1 week to get a simple updated BIOS file!!!

So far with the computer running erratically, this is ridiculous...

I've already sent 5 emails to support and they sent me a file that doesn't even work, a completely wrong and irrelevant totorial, because the file is not the same.

Can anybody help me? I just need a BIOS update that works.
