wifi not working

I uninstalled win 11 and installed win10 now my wifi doesnt work and my computer crashes. I saw a download for this but i dont know how to install the files. I tried the device manager but win says my drivers are up to date. can someone please help.

SER Model ?!?  ...let's pretend your machine is SER 3750H...

1) Go to the support page for your machine;

2) Download "Drivers of SER 3750H"

3) Download and follow instructions included in the PDF file -> "Install Driver Tutorial"

In brief, download the Drivers for your machine, unzip, install or update drivers for the machine. You may unzip on local drive or copy to external flash drive for safekeeping.
