Hello.

I'm new here since I bought a GT-kingII tv-box a few weeks ago on Aliexpress (not from the official Beelink store).
For my opinion, the GT-KingII has great specs for a tv-box BUT it comes with AndroidTV 11. Unfortunately, it wasn't mentioned as AndroidTV but was written as Android 11... so, i assumed it is the mobile version of Android 11. I only realized it after the tv-box arrived.

To be honest, i really don't like the official Beelink rom and the home launcher. Some apps that are for Android TV doesn't work properly on the Beelink Android TV rom. Some apps are installed properly but can't see their icon on the app drawer, so i have to open it through the app list in the Settings (or use other launcher).
Is it possible to flash a mobile version of Android instead of AndroidTV?
As a former Minix U1 and U9 user, i had a better experience with the mobile Android.

I appreciate your advice/help.

Seconded. I had thought it was just like GT-king pro with the system upgraded to Android 11 before I bought it. Unfortunately, it is not. The compatibility and usability is much worse than GT-king pro. Strongly suggest releasing a mobile version of ROM as an alternative to the current TV version.

Hello there,

Sorry, we are unable to flash a mobile version of Android at the moment.

When will the stock firmware be available for download?
The Android TV Play Store is erroring with the installed apps.

The SBC Khadas VIM 4 has the same Amlogic A311D2 core, and already has x64 architecture firmware available for download, and without that Play Store with errors that you put in a Pure Android of x32. Can you kindly fix this, because we trust Beelink with our money, or bring a solution to this?
