Realtek audio drivers and utility 5600H

Hi, I reinstalled windows 11 and now i dont have any audio from the audio jack, when I use my iphone earbuds no sound and no mic either. Driver listed under device manager shows microsoft high definition audio, I tried to install realted audio drivers that i downloaded from support site but no luck. Also I dont know how to get the realtek audio utility back.
