U59 does not boot/output video

Purchased my u59 and when I connect to power and press the red button the Power light turns on, the fan turns on, there is a red light on the board but there is nothing output to the monitor. I have tried different monitors and different HDMI cables. One monitor seems to think a device is connected and it works with a different computer but only a black screen no bios no beelink logo, a different monitor and a TV both think no device is connected.

Hello there,

1. Please unplug the USB devices except the mouse and the keyboard,
2.Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 5-10 seconds. A few minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again. 
3.There might be something wrong with the hard ware components. Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.

If it still doesn’t work, please try to replace SSD and RAM or put the SSD or RAM to other devices to test if they work.
4. Did you ever flash the BIOS by yourself ?
