Hi,

I have seen a number of threads describing audio issues.
But none match exactly what is occurring for me.

Sound via the audio jack will work fine for a few days even for a few weeks, and then suddenly, often during zoom meetings, stop working.
If I wait 15 minutes, power down, and power back up, it seems to resolve itself.

Beelink Support,
Can you suggest anything?

I have..Beeline SEI8 Mini PC 8th gen Intel i5-8279U (Up to 4.1Ghz), 16GB Ram 500G NVMe M.2 SSD, Windows 11 Pro, Support 4K Dual HDMI, USB3.0, Wifi-5, BT5.0, Auto Power On.

I am running Windows 11 Pro.

Device is less than 3 months old.

Thank you,
Lawrence

Hi. Thank for you providing an updated driver, along with a tutorial on how to update the driver.
I was unable to update the driver.
I am going to try and show you step by step what I did.
Needs to be in many posts, because I am exceeding the limit on the post length if I combine into a single reply.

Sorry, any time I try to put an image into a post, I exceed the post length limit. So I can only reply with text, no images.

1. I downloaded the file and copied the downloaded file to a new directory

2. I unzipped the downloaded file, which created a new directory within my new directory.
and also created a directory inside my new directory called SEi_8259_CFL_es8336-V03_20210412  (special characters follow).
And created directories within that directory.

3. Now I thought it is time to open the Tutorial you provided.
Tutorial-Step 1: First, Download the driver files you need
(I think I did that above)
Tutorial-Step 2: Find the computer icon, right click and select Manager
I could not find the computer icon.
I did find an app called Computer Management.
When I opened that app, it looked like what is shown in Tutorial-Step 3.
Tutorial-Step 3: Click on Device Manage, Find the device with an exclamation point on the right
I do NOT see any device with an exclamation point on the right.
Even in the Tutorial screenshot, I do not see anything with an exclamation point on the right.
Tutorial-Step 4: Right click and select Update driver.
Unable to do this, because I do NOT know what to select and Right click on.

This is where I am up to.
I do NOT know how to proceed to install the new audio driver.

Can you knidly provide guidance?
