SER3 3750H - laggy keyboard and mouse

hi!

every mouse/keyboard wireless set i connect to this computer have a annoying lag that makes it almost impossible to be properly used.

i've tested at least 3 different sets from different vendors and the behaviour is the same (and they all worked with other computers).

maybe an irq issue with the usb ports? i've tried them all and the behaviour is the same.

I have the same problem, on all USB ports. Updated AMD chipset with the lastest version, the problem is still there. Solution : connect my USB dongle 2.4 GHz for my mouse on a hub USB Ugreen (connected to USB-C port)

hi, this still working for you? I have a MS mouse 1000. Just curious what mouse you have. Did this solve issue for all 3 sets you tried?
