If customers need to update, you can contact our after-sales mailbox.

That means your machine's BIOS is the lastest , and the BIOS file we currently have is V1.22.

The machine box of SER6 MAX 690 and SER6 MAX 7735 does not contain SATA cable and SATA small board, which needs to be purchased by customers.

I am waiting since week for a bios request from your support email... also the vesa bracket is missing in my
GTR7 Pro shippment...
I need the bios update cause the fan speed rises extremly if the box enter hibernate mode.
