SER3 3750H will not boot/power on

I plugged in a usb-c monitor to test it again and the device shutdown and with not boot. The power button doesn't light up, now fans running do I have a brick? I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC ?
1. Did you ever try to update the BIOS before ?
2. Are you using USB devices except keyboard and the mouse ?
3 Please try another power supply and HDMI cable.
4. Please change another RAM or SSD.
