SEI8 8279U - no splash screen / can't enter bios/boot menu

8279U is not showing the Beelink splash screen at startup and I can't enter the bios or boot selection screen.  Monitor stays off until Windows boots.  This happens with cold boot or restart.  I have tried different monitors, HDMI cables but no luck.  Also tried the clear CMOS.  The same happens when trying to reboot from Windows with Advanced Startup.  If I try the keys to enter bios or boot menu (blindly) the monitor will stay off.

I want to reimage Windows 11 to address blue screen issues but this is preventing me.  Is there possibly a bios update to address this or any other ideas on how to resolve?  I emailed support on Sunday but I haven't received a response.

What is the error code on the blue screen ?

Thanks a bunch here is a picture of the serial number.  I can’t remember the blue screen error but will post if can reproduce.  I believe it was rather generic as opposed to being indicative of a memory issue etc.
