Ethernet-Ports does not Work (Model: GTR 4 AMD Ryzen 4900H + 32GB Ram)

Hi @ all,

I bought this model and was surprised that the Ethernet ports do not work.... i forgot to do some settings in the bios??? or can someone help me please?
This Mini PC comes today with the post... ITS NEW AS ****!

I use mine as a proxmox server

Many of us can help you troubleshoot the problem but one need more details.
Windows? Linux?
Ethernet adapter enabled?!?
Did it work with WiFi?
What type of router?
Network cable CAT5, CAT6... is the cable good?!?
