SER4 4700 Mouse Lagging

I have a new SER4 4700.


Overall, it performs much faster than my old computer.

However, one area which is annoying is that the mouse sometimes cannot keep up.  It lags, even when doing simple things like viewing a website. The mouse disapears and I have to wait for it, or it jumps around on the screen.

I have looked for ways to overclick the memory and CPU, but the BIOS seems to have locked this down.

Is there some way to resolve the mouse issue?  I do not play games or other graphics intensive actions, just simple office software, but it seems the mouse cannot keep up.
