Hi, I have received beelink U59 Pro, but the pc is not working properly. It does not start with two memory banks, it only starts with one. Windows 11 operating system does not start, it repeatedly shows blue screen.
The pc you sent me is defective. Didn't you check the proper functioning before shipping?
Please kindly send a working pc, thank you.

Hello there,
Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC ?
Please take out the RAM and clean the contacts with a rubber .
