A month ago my fan broke down and I contacted the support service, a month later they sent me a new fan, but it does not fit in size and it looks like for a different model. I did not find the original fan for sale. What should I do now?

Your friend here is aliexpress and ebay I suppose. search and try find something similar or better. Which one in the above photo is the original and which one is the relacement? Can you please measure the width, length height of the fan? that will help a lot searching for a similar one.

P.S. one fan is 0.22A -> 1.1Watt and the other 0.40A -> 2Watt which is a big difference in such fans I suppose. This is nonsense, beelink is sure that they don't know when they are selling or better say they just "whitelabel" (put their logo on devices) manufactured in some local factory and sell them

Their support is 0 and most of the time users help each other to solve the problems.

Apistek LB51S5U is my original fan. I've not found such a fan for sale anywhere. I think they sent me a fan from another U59 revision.

Like I said take the measurements and try find something similar that can "fit" in the limited space. If you share the measurements, people here will probably help you to find something compatible cause that will help them too in the future when their fan will end up dead.

Maybe they sent you a spare part from another U series device, maybe they took one fan from that days mass production of a beelink device, maybe they extracted it from a device that didn't pass QA.

OEM manufacturer will never stock spare parts. Spare parts cost $$$. If something breaks ...buy a new...this is todays mentality.

For some reason Beelink support seems to "support" more in XDA forums. Please join me here https://forum.xda-developers.com ... i-pc.4360359/page-2

Hi,
Very sorry for the wrong.Since the U series machines have different types of fans, we do not accurately correspond to the model of the customer's machine when shipping, so the fan specification is wrong, sorry again for that.In the follow-up, we will deal with this issue more rigorously, and arrange delivery according to the SN code of the machine and the customer's fan.
At present, we have communicated with Alex and reissued a fan corresponding to his machine. If you have any questions about using the machine in the future, please contact us again, or you can directly contact our support email: support-pc@bee-link.com.
At the same time, our R&D staff upgraded the new BIOS to solve ports of fans noise problem. If your machine has a fan noise problem, you can contact us, take a photo of your SN code and send it to our support mail to get the latest BIOS to solve the problem.
