New GTI no Ethernet?

My new GTI 11 ethernet isnt detectable. port light is green on left, orange on right. cable and connect are fine (tested on other box), running Linux Mint 20.x

is there new firmware? diagnostic tool?

please help

Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC ?
Does your WIFI work ?
