I am running Debian 11 in my GK35 as a home automation server (with Home Assistant). Every once in a while the Ethernet interface stops working. Because I am running the miniPC as a headless server (no monitor or keyboard), the only way to restore Ethernet traffic is with a reboot. Is there a setup to prevent the Ethernet interface to hybernate, or something like that?

I don't have any issues with ethernet on my gk35 with fedora server 36 (Linux 5.17.13-300.fc36.x86_64 #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon Jun 6 14:29:43 UTC 2022).
Check dmesg and logs. Try to update kernel to newer one. It could be a cable issues.
