Crashing and flashing power light issue

HI, TIA for info provided!

I have a GR9 4900H

Lovely machine however its become unstable of late..... it crashed whilst im browsing the web, i lost the display completely and the AMD scrip thats illuminated on the top of the box  and power button flash white until i force it to shutdown and restart it, then its fine agian for a day then it does it again... getting frustrated that i paid a LOT for this and its a bit unreliable, any ideas?

32GB RAM
512GB NvME
additional 2.5 SSD installed internally
additional USB C 2TB SSD external drive
